Your Customer Success Manager will develop a personalized plan to suit your needs, ensuring that, on average, you’re set to start cooking within 30 days.
How come virtual brands, can help my business ?
Incorporating additional brands into your operation offers a seamless avenue to boost your revenue without the complexities and expenses of building a new brand from the ground up. There’s no need for costly marketing campaigns or extensive testing. Our brands are meticulously developed and designed to drive sales from the moment they go live, providing you with a turnkey solution to expand your business.
How much does it cost?
Our partnership model is designed with your success in mind. We operate on a commission-based structure, where we receive a percentage of your gross sales from our virtual brands, averaging at just 10%. This approach ensures there are no monthly or setup fees, aligning our success directly with yours.
Are there any setup fees?
Getting started comes with no setup fees. However, should you opt for additional services like invoice processing, direct purchase feed integration, or back office recipe synchronization, a minimal one-time setup fee per location will apply for these enhancements.
How do I get the ingredients i will need ?
Our partnerships with leading suppliers like US FOOD and SYSCO ensure the smooth logistics of all our recipes. Once you’re onboard, we’ll handle every aspect of the setup process with these partners to guarantee a swift and seamless integration into your system.
Do i need qualify staff to execute the recipes ?
Our recipes are meticulously crafted to seamlessly integrate into multi-brand operations, emphasizing the use of high-quality, straightforward ingredients. Our culinary team ensures that the majority of our dishes are delivered pre-mixed and ready to cook, simplifying the process and reducing the necessity for specialized staff. Can i add more brands than the one your recommended to me ?
There’s no cap on the number of brands you can adopt through our platform, although certain brands may necessitate specific equipment to maintain the high quality of our recipes. If you’re considering enhancing your kitchen operations, we’re here to assist in sourcing the best deals and suppliers to meet your needs.
Can i choose any brand?
On first call, our specialisit will asked you a few questions regardign your equipement, staff and location. Based on your answer we will recommand the brands that we believe fits the best your operation.
Can I switch brands ?
You have the flexibility to switch brands whenever you choose, though we recommend maintaining them for at least three months to fully realize their potential.
Can your Software be use with my POS ?
Absolutely, our system is designed to seamlessly integrate with all leading POS systems, including Toast, Square, and others.
